The Virginia Department of Transportation is conducting an overnight closure on the Old Ferry Road bridge over Milford Haven that connects Gwynn’s Island and mainland Mathews County. The closure is from 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7 until 6 a.m. Wednesday, March 8. Emergency service providers will have personnel and equipment located on Gwynn’s Island to respond to any needs during the bridge closure.
