The Virginia Lottery adds a new feature for scratch and draw game players. The Mobile Cashing option allows players of those games to scan tickets with a mobile app and add winnings up to $5,000 directly to their online Lottery account. Once a player has added winnings to their digital wallet, they can choose to use those funds to play any number of games the Virginia Lottery offers through the app or online.
