The family of a man killed in an April 2022 fire gathered at the Kilmarnock Museum to celebrate his life. News on the Neck reports a plaque to honor Stacey Kellum was placed at he museum’s memorial garden. Kellum was found in a downstairs apartment on Irvington Road after the fire that destroyed an entire block was out. The fire displaced several residents and businesses.
