The Irvington Planning Commission votes to recommend issuing a short-term rental permit for 42 Steamboat Road but votes against recommending a permit for 31 Spring Street in Vineyard Grove. The Rappahannock Record reports the votes came after a well-attended public hearing with severl residents speaking out against the Sprting Street application. The commission will next meet at 6 p.m. May 2 at the town office on Irvington Road.
