The Lewis & Clark Circus is at Taber Park in Urbanna from Friday, April 21, through Sunday, April 23. Town Administrator Garth Wheeler tells the Southside Sentinel there are no animals in this circus. Wheeler adds that while the town’s only obligation is to provide a site there is options on the percentage of proceeds it can receive from the circus, depending on how involved the town is in its promoting.
