The Northern Neck Master Gardener Association is accepting applicantions for two $1,000 scholarships. They will be awarded to a Essex, Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond, or Westmoreland county resident currently enrolled in a curriculum related to horticulture or agriculture or who plan to seek a college degree in one of those fields.
