19th District Representative Marc Molinaro has introduced new federal legislation to stop Governor Kathy Hochul from using schools to shelter migrants. Molinaro says the Schools Not Shelters Act will stop housing migrants in SUNY College dorms and public school gymnasiums, which are currently being used as shelters.
