Virginia government websites were unavailable for a time on Wednesday. According to the Virginia Information Technologies Agency a network issues was responsible for the outage which also affected the Department of Motor Vehicles’ online systems. According to a social media post service was restored about 5 hours. The agency didn’t disclosed what caused the network problem.
