The Northumberland County Planning Commission is continuing its review of the solar power facility ordinance. According to the Rappahannock Record commissioners discussed adding language to describe the condition the land should be in when returned to the owner as part of the decommissioning plan. The also discussed encouraging the preferred use of buffers with existing vegetation rather than planting along with different height requirements for the buffer.
