Warsaw Police are offering a $500 reward for infoirmation leading to the arrest of the suspect who shoplifted Rhinos Tobacco & Vapes on Richmond Road last Tuesday. The suspect was last seen in a red vehicle in the store’s parking lot. The suspect’s surveillance photo is on the department’s Facebook page.
