The Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office is participating in National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1 from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. It is at the Northumberland High School parking lot this year as the event has been growing over the last few years. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. During this event, there will be food, games, demos and fun for all ages.
