The Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office announces that those wanting to see the Yorktown Independence Day fireworks from Gloucester Point Beach should prepare for limited parking availability due to major construction in the area. Upon conclusion of the fireworks, both lanes of traffic on Greate Road will be directed northbound to assist in getting everyone out quickly and safely. The department asks pedestrians to stay on the sidewalk and not in the roadway.
