The town of Urbanna could grow by around 20 acres if a judge approves an agreement between the town and the Middlesex County Board of Supervisors. The Southside Sentinel reports the town was granted a “land boundary adjustment” to annex the area on Virginia Street and Waverly Drive. Parcels on Red Hill Drive were eliminated from the proposal.
