Gas price tracking website GasBuddy reports the price in Virginia for regular dropped by by nearly 3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.31. That’s nearly 4 cents a gallon lower than a month ago. The national price of gasoline is down by 4 cents a gallon in the last week, averaging $3.51. Analysts say the lower prices may be short-lived as oil exporters are cutting production which will raise oil prices.
