Gas price tracking website GasBuddy reports the price in Virginia for regular rose by nearly4 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.35. That’s nearly 4 cents a gallon higher than a month ago. The national price of gasoline is down kist over a penny a gallon in the last week, averaging $3.56. Analysts say while gasoline demand continues to inch up, there could be additional pressure on pump prices, while the price of diesel continues to see downward movement.
