Kilmarnock Town Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, September 18, at the Town Hall, 1 North Main Street, Kilmarnock.
Council will hear updates regarding a preconstruction meeting with contractors for upcoming renovations at the wastewater treatment plant. Additionally, council will discuss the “Fall Into Kilmarnock” retail sales promotion beginning September 22, reports the Rappahannock Record. Council also will hear reports from staff and committees.
