The Deltaville Community Association is hosting a two part candidate forum for contested local offices the first week of October. The forums will be conducted at the DCA Center, located at 17147 General Puller High way in Deltaville. The Southside Sentinel reports the forum will be presented over the course of two evenings. On Tuesday, Oct. 3, candidates for clerk of the court, as well as candidates for the contested school board seats from Harmony Village and Jamaica have been invited to be on the stage. On Thursday, Oct. 5, candidates for the contested board of supervisors seats from the Pinetop and Jamaica districts will be hosted. Both events will start promptly at 7 p.m.
