From 2-3 p.m. October 19, Cate Hawks will present Risk Factors of Dementia and Strategies for Reducing Risk at the Lancaster Community Library, 16 Town Centre Drive, Kilmarnock. Hawks provides education and support to those at risk and living with dementia in the Richmond area. During the holiday season, being a caregiver can be especially challenging, but there are helpful hints that can make it a bit easier. Sue Chrissley, CSL executive director, will focus on Helpful Hints for Happy Holidays from 2-3 p.m. November 9 at Grace Episcopal Church. The series will conclude with a 2-3 p.m. session December 15 at the Lancaster Community Library. Arthur will lead the final session, Planning for the Future.
