The investigation continues into the cause of a fire that destroyed a home at 117 Swan View Drive off Gayles Road, five miles west of Urbanna. According to the Southside Sentinel, the place was fully engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived Sunday and the the occupants, a father and his son, had managed to escape. The home is being called a total loss. Investigators say the blaze is not suspicious in nature.
