A group of Gloucester citizens have come together to encourage others to “Vote Yes for Gloucester” by supporting the bond referendum on the Nov. 7 general election ballot. According to the Gazette Journal, they are inviting anyone interested to their kickoff meeting from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20, in the Community Room of the Gloucester Public Library.
At the meeting, attendees will hear directly from community leaders from all walks of life about what this referendum would do for Gloucester, and what it would mean for them personally. All citizens may visit gloucesterva.gov/2023-bond-referendum for more information.
