Tickets for the InflationBusting Lottery are $100 each. The grand prize is $5,000; six first prizes of $500 each also will be awarded. Tickets may purchased at Northumberland Public Library (NPL), 7204 Northumberland Highway, Heathsville. The Rappahannock Record reports the lottery is sponsored by the Friends of NPL and 300 tickets will be sold. Proceeds will benefit the library. The prize drawing will take place at the Heathsville Farmers Market on Saturday, September 16.
