The Kilmarnock Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, September 11, at Town Hall, 1 North Main Street, Kilmarnock. The commission will hold a public hearing on an application from Big Red Enterprises to operate an auction house and open-air market at 488 North Main Street, Kilmarnock and will discuss efforts to regulate formula businesses within the Steptoe’s District.
