Destiny Farrell, a 2023 graduate of Lancaster High School, Destiny has qualified for the National American Miss pageant in Orlando, Fla., in November after finishing as a first runner-up in multiple categories in the Virginia pageant. The Rappahannock Record reports Destiny finieshed as first runner-up in the heart of service and academy achievement categories, which qualifies her for the national pageant, should she choose to go.
