A conditional use permit has been denied to two homeowners in Lottsburg. At their meeting earlier in the month, the Northumberland County Board of Supervisors voted to reject a request by two Lottsburg homeowners for a conditional use permit to continue to use their residential property as a campground. NewsOnTheNeck reports that the vote was a unanimous decision, and input from neighbors played a part in the decision, launching an online petition opposing the permit.
