A suicide prevention awareness task force meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, Sept. 28, as organizers plan for the upcoming Nov. 11 Walk For a New Day! suicide prevention walk in Gloucester. According to the Gazette Journal, those who wish to volunteer for this event are encouraged to attend the meeting, which will be held from 3-4 p.m. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 11, meeting at the Main Street Center parking lot next to Gloucester Library.
