The Callao Hometown Community Association (CHCA) will hold its sixth annual meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 25, at the Callao Firehouse, 314 Northumberland Highway, Callao. The meeting is designed both to update the community on 2023 activities and to solicit input on priorities for next year to promote Callao. The group’s mission is to support the revitalization efforts of the Callao commercial district, to educate the public about its culture and history, to expand business and tourism—all with an eye towards fostering a cohesive and unified community.
