Irvington Town Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. today, October 12, at Irvington Baptist Church, 53 King Carter Drive, Irvington.
Council will make appointments to fill vacancies on the planning commission as well as the town council. Former commission member Dawn Fowle and former council member Gabe del Rio each resigned due to relocating. Council also will hold a public hearing on an application from Gordon and Carrie Stettinius to move an existing house and install a new pool within the Resource Protected Area (RPA) along Carter Creek and a new pool house at 114 Fleet Lane. They’ll also hear a proposal regarding CentralSquare for ticket collecting purposes written by deputies; and continue related law enforcement discussions.
