In Irvington recently, two more short-term rentals (STRs) were approved by town council , so the town has now reached its 35 STR cap, Nelson said. According to the Rappahannock Record, lawmakers appproved an application submitted by Heather Bristol to operate an STR at 52 York Road. The motion passed, 3-1. Additionally, Mark Ralls received approval for an STR at 294 Chesapeake Drive. That motion also passed by a 3 votes to 1 margin.
