The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce and Town of Kilmarnock recently announced the theme of the 44th Kilmarnock Lighted Christmas Parade will be “A Nautical Christmas.” The parade will begin at 7 p.m. December 8 along Main Street in Kilmarnock. Rappahannock Record reports parade entry applications may be found at www.lancasterva. com. Applications must be returned to the Chamber by November 3.
