Kilmarnock Town Council will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, October 16, at the Town Hall, 1 North Main Street, Kilmarnock. According to the Rappahannock Record, council will hold a public hearing on a conditional use permit (CUP) application submitted by Brad Smith of Big Red Enterprises LLC to operate an auction house and open air market at 488 North Main Street. Additionally, council will hear a presentation from Phillip Mumford regarding a grant for the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck. Council will also will receive staff and committee reports.
