The Lancaster County Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, October 19, at the Administration Building, 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster. The Rappahannock Record reports the commission will hold public hearings on applications from: Melissa Bunns-Carter and Alphonso Carter to change the zoning of a 13.589-acre parcel off River Road from limited agricultural to general residential, and Alfred Henderson and Patricia Henderson to change the zoning of a .527-acre parcel off Jessie duPont Memorial Highway from limited commercial to commercial.
