If you live in Westmoreland County and have noticed sheriffs office employees getting a bit shaggy, there’s a reason. The sheriff’s office annual ‘Shop with the Sheriff’ is fast approaching. The program provides Christmas presents to children in Westmoreland County. To assist with funding the program, sheriff’s office personnel will make a donation to participate in a No Shave til’ New Year campaign. From now through January 1, 2023, personnel will be allowed to grow facial hair in accordance with specific guidelines.
