The Lancaster County Board of Supervisors will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, November 16, at the County Administration Building, 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster. The board will consider a request from the Town of Kilmarnock to create a subcommittee to investigate adjusting the town boundary and expanding the wastewater treatment network into the county’s planned growth area, reports the Rappahannock Record.
