Lifetime dog licenses are now available for purchase at the Northumberland County Treasurer’s Office, 72 Monument Place, Heathsville. Notices will be mailed this week to all county residents who own dogs. The fee for each license is $20 and is good for the life of the dog provided the rabies inoculation remains current. The fees for kennel licenses will remain the same:
$40 annually for a 20-dog kennel. All licenses must be purchased by January 31, 2024.
