Potomac River Finfish Advisory Committee will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, November 16, at the Potomac River Fisheries Commission Office, 222 Taylor Street, Colonial Beach. The Rappahannock Record reports items on the agenda will include an update on the status of ASMFC striped bass and American eel issues, 2024 commercial and recreational season, size and possession limits; and the discussion of a small mesh gill net study. Any recommendations developed by this committee will be forwarded to the Potomac River Fisheries Commission for consideration prior to implementation
