The committee for the annual Northern Neck Family YMCA Festival of Trees has been hard at work procuring auction items and donations. They hope that “From this Moment” the community will be the difference in the lives of family, friends and neighbors. The Rappahannock Record reports the festivities begin with a community open house Thursday, November 30, at the YMCA, 39 William B. Graham Court, Kilmarnock. This free event is open to the public and will feature fun games for all. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
