The Northumberland County Wetlands Board will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 14, at the Northumberland County Sheriff’s Office, 195 Judicial Place, Heathsville. The Rappahannock Record reports the wetlands board will conduct public hearings on requests from The Northern Neck Land Conservancy to construct a community pier/bridge from the shoreline of Ball Creek at 726 Ball Lane to 816 Ball Lane and Barbara Wellford to install 90 linear feet of riprap sill and 150 linear feet of riprap revetment along the shoreline of Dividing Creek at 33 Lagrange Avenue, Kilmarnock.
