Lancaster Schools superintendent Jessica Davis is seeking an additional $15 million appropriation from the board of supervisors and a public hearing on the issue is coming up on December 14th. The board previously approved a new construction bond of $63.1 million which was slightly over the $60 million spread over fiscal years 202325 in the capital improvement plan. At a meeting last month, architect firm VMDO and general contractor Branch Builds presented a finalized new guaranteed maximum price of $75 million.
