In White Stone, the River Counties Community Foundation (RCCF) recently released its 2023 Report to the Community.
With the theme of “RCCF, Making a Difference,” the annual report highlights several of the grantees in Lancaster, Middlesex and Northumberland counties that are “making a difference. ” The Rappahannock Record reports this year, RCCF awarded 68 grants totaling $1,183,185 In 2014, RCCF started an annual fundraising campaign, Together.Stronger., to ensure unrestricted funds are available when RCCF’s endowed funds are not enough to cover urgent needs.
