The Northumberland County Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. tonight, November 16, at the Courts Building, 220 Judicial Place, Heathsville. The commission will continue its discussion of the solar energy facility, commercial tent camping and boathouse ordinances. It will also hear a presentation from Steve Minor and Brad Hicks of Northern Neck Electric Cooperative regarding the future of solar energy facilities in the county.
