The White Stone Town Council will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, November 2, at the Town Hall, 433 Rappahannock Drive, White Stone. Council will hold a public hearing on an amended 2024 budget. The purpose of the amendment is to incorporate anticipated revenue and expenditures related to the public sewage system. Council also will discuss plans for its annual Winter Wonderland tree lighting and Santa visit planned for December 1 in the Village Green, reports the Rappahannock Record.
