The White Stone Town Council will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. tonight, November 9, at the Town Hall, 433 Rappahannock Drive, White Stone. The purpose of the meeting is to adopt a proposed $85,000 budget amendment which adds a new public utilities category to the existing 2024 budget.
