Virginia’s Patriot Day Ceremony will be held Saturday, September 11 at 11:00 a.m. in the Heilman Amphitheater on the grounds of the Virginia War Memorial in Richmond. September 11 has been federally designated as Patriot Day, a National Day of Mourning, to honor and remember those killed in the 2001 terrorists attacks.
