Westmoreland County Schools Superintendent Dr. Michael Perry outlined his goals for the division during a school board meeting last month. Dr. Perry tells Westmoreland News the first goal is to prepare a Capital Improvement Plan to be presented before the Board of Supervisors around June or July of next year. Perry also wants to target learning gaps that resulted from virtual classes, improve the division website and communications plus work on ensuring safety for students and employees.
