Rappahannock Community College’s Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning is offering a class for those who want to learn more about buying and selling antiques.It will be held on Tuesdays, October 12, 19, and 26 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at RCC’s Kilmarnock campus. You will learn how to identify and evaluate items and get an overview of factors to consider when doing an appraisal. Advanced registration and payment of $35 are required.
