Bay Aging Chosen To Develop Community Integrated Health Network

Bay Aging is chosen to lead development of a statewide Community Integrated Health Network for Virginia. According to the Rappahannock Record the 2-year project will be headed by Bay Aging’s President and CEO Kathy Vesley and Virginia Center for Health Innovation President and CEO Beth Boortz. The goal is to develop a fully integrated, interoperable approach to healthcare that embraces key social services in cooperation with healthcare entities. A number of egional, state and national organizations have already signed on to support the project.
