Warsaw’s Chinn House is now listed on Virginia’s Landmarks Register. According to News on the Neck the commonwealth’s Board of Historic Resources approved the Virginia Landmarks Register listings during its quarterly public meeting. The home to attorney and judge Joseph William Chinn and his family was completed in 1908 and is said to be an excellent example of the Colonia Revival style’s hipped-roof variation. Officials will now forward the listing for inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places.
