The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber Of Commerce is holding the annual “Kandy for Kids” on Main Street in Kilmarnock on Saturday, October 30. from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. It provides a safe place for children to trick or treat and traditionally draws wonderfully costumed families for a fun time.
