Rappahannock Electric Cooperative names Tracey Steiner as Chief Engagement and Consumer Officer. She succeeds Senior Vice President of Member Service and External Affairs David Koogler who is retiring in January. Steiner will serve as the executive leader of member services, communications and public relations, and regulatory affairs and economic development. She has nearly three decades of experience with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association with expertise in communications, training, marketing, and regulatory policy.
