County Bridge Road in Richmond County is closed to through traffic at the bridge over Cat Point Creek due to damage following heavy rain and flooding in summer 2021. The DOT says a timeline to restore and reopen the road is under development. In Essex County an ongoing bridge project closes Dodge City Road over Beverly Run. The detour is approximately 5 miles. Officials say the work should be completed this month.
